While it seems clear that a dynamic approach to governing and the economy will usually produce greatest utility to society, are there arenas in which a more static or traditional approach is needed? If so, identify them and discuss the challenges that maintaining a static approach here imposes for broader governing? If not, suggest how those in government might bring traditionalists along?
